This intimidating atmosphere is a fearsome spectacle for opponents and creates a true home-field advantage for Penn State. On this day, September 18, 2021, Penn State again emerged victorious and defeated Auburn 28-20 in a thriller that came down to the final play. Since 2007, more than 1 million people have been part of the raucous crowd at these White Out games.
